A high quality British Flank Officers sword of the Napoleonic War period by Bond of 45, Cornhill London. Superb blue and gilt 31" blade and gilded lions head hilt with silver wire grip. Complete with original leather scabbard with gilt mounts. Absolutely untouched and in superb original condition. Most of the gilding on the hilt and scabbard mounts remains and the blade has most of it's original polish with all the blue and gilt.

A selection of Pattern 1851 Minie bayonets dating from the Crimean War period all regimentally marked on the sockets and with makers marks and inspectors marks on the blades. These all came from Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire where they formed a fan of bayonets on the wall and they carry the Thoresby Hall white painted inventory numbers. No scabbards. Very good sleepy untouched condition. Surface rust but will clean much better. I have deliberately left them uncleaned. These bayonets have never been in the Trade before and are fresh out of the Thoresby estate. I also show a list of the bayonets I have for sale showing the regimantal and maker markings for each bayonet in case you are looking for particular Regimentally used bayonets.

A 3rd Dragoons Guards Officers sword by Henry Wilkinson Pall Mall London dating from the early 1850's. This sword was made for Sir Arundell Neave Baronet and is etched with his crest of a lilly over a coronet. Sir Arundell started in the 3rd Dragoons Guards as a cornet in 1852, promoted to Lieutenant in 1854, Captain in 1857 and retired in 1863. He died in Anglesey at one of the Family's residences. The late Airey Neave, MP and Colditz inmate was a descendant. There is a stained glass window in memory of Sir Arundell in Prittlewell Church Essex . Very good condition. No scabbard.

A good Victorian Police sword or hanger numbered 37 and named to the Northumberland County Constabulary complete with matching scabbard also numbered 37 and the original frog. Very good condition. Some of the stitching to the frog has come undone.

A Swiss model 1878 Vetterlli sawback bayonet by Neuhausen complete with scabbard. This early bayonet has a fuller on one side only which I understand is a feature of the model 1878. The later M1881 had a fuller on both sides of the blade. Very good condition.

An 1885 pattern cavalry troopers sword made by Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Cie Solingen. The blade is well ordnance marked and the guard is stamped with the date 1886 and 13 Hussars markings which have been crossed out when it was reissued to the Duke Of Lancaster's Own Yeomanry in 1895. The scabbard is stamped Mole Patent and with the DOL markings matching the hilt. Both guard and scabbard are stamped with Y/DOL/26. Blade bright and very good with no pitting. One tiny edge nick. Minor patina and pitting to the guard but the markings are clear. Leather grips very good.

A 1853 pattern cavalry troopers sword made by Mole of Birmingham. The blade is ordnance marked and the guard is stamped with Royal Horse Artillery markings. No scabbard. Blade very good with uncleaned patina but no pitting. Slight pitting to the guard and some damage to the leather grips. An uncleaned sleeper. This type of sword was also used in the US Civil War.

A George V naval midshipmans dirk with etched blade and original scabbard. Some pitting to the blade but most of the etching very good and the blade has lots of the original polish. Leather very good on scabbard.
